Dr Jade Yuan is known for her surgical skills and interest in cosmetic smile design, including resin composite restorations, porcelain veneers and crowns, complex wisdom teeth extractions, and TMD management. Dr Jade Yuan has also been appointed as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney Dental School, where she helps support and mentor the next generation of dentists. From general dentistry and restorative procedures to oral surgery, her approach is characterised by a blend of clinical expertise and approachability.
Currently awarded a National Industry PhD Fellowship, Dr Jade is at the forefront of incorporating innovative techniques into her practice. She also works closely with the University of Queensland, the University of Sydney Dental School, and industry partners.
With a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Melbourne and a BMedSc from the Australian National University, as well as ongoing continuing professional development training, Dr Jade brings a wealth of knowledge to every patient interaction.
She has worked in diverse settings, including community health centres, private clinics, and public hospitals. She excels in actively listening to patients and providing comprehensive, personalised dental solutions. Internationally, Dr Jade has studied and conducted research at the National University of Singapore and Duke-NUS Medical School, and represented the University of Melbourne in the AUS-VIET dental health project in Vietnam.
Outside the Office
In her spare time, Dr Jade enjoys exploring interesting restaurants, working hard at the gym, catching waves on a surfboard, and enjoying the slopes on her snowboard.
